1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CryptoGuardian website at www.cryptoguardian.com or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and CryptoGuardian ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

CryptoGuardian provides the following services:

• Crypto Investment Advisory: Guidance and analysis to help clients make informed crypto investment decisions
• Crypto Consulting Services: One-on-one consultations covering portfolio structuring, regulatory compliance, and strategy
• Crypto Asset Management: Active management of client digital asset portfolios by our professional team
• Crypto Fraud & Scam Recovery: Forensic investigation, legal coordination, and recovery support for victims of crypto fraud

Services are provided subject to the terms agreed upon during onboarding. Specific service terms, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Client Agreement or Service Order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Your use of our services does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or sanctions list

4. Investment Risk Disclaimer

CryptoGuardian provides information and advisory services for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or provided through our services constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Our advisors are not licensed securities brokers or registered investment advisers unless explicitly stated.

You acknowledge that:

• Crypto markets are unregulated and highly volatile
• No guarantee of returns is made or implied by CryptoGuardian
• All investment decisions are made at your own risk and discretion
• You should seek independent financial and legal advice before making investment decisions

5. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when requested
• Not misrepresent your identity, financial situation, or the nature of your case
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Not use our services to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Promptly notify us of any changes to information you have provided

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these obligations.

6. Fees & Payments

Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Ongoing advisory, consulting, and asset management services are subject to fees as outlined in your individual Client Agreement.

Asset Management Fees

Asset management services are charged as a percentage of assets under management (AUM) or as a fixed monthly retainer, as agreed in your Client Agreement. Fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

Recovery Service Fees

Fraud and scam recovery services may be charged on a contingency basis (a percentage of recovered funds), an upfront retainer, or a combination thereof, as specified in your Service Order. We will clearly outline all fees before you commit to any paid service.

Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your Client Agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept payments via bank transfer, major credit cards, and approved crypto payment methods.

7. Fraud & Scam Recovery Services

Our fraud and scam recovery services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While we have a strong track record, CryptoGuardian does not guarantee the recovery of any funds. Recovery outcomes depend on multiple factors including the nature of the fraud, blockchain traceability, cooperation from exchanges, and jurisdictional legal constraints.

By engaging our recovery services, you agree to:

• Provide full and accurate details of the incident, including transaction records and communications
• Cooperate fully with our forensics team, legal partners, and law enforcement if required
• Not take independent legal action that may conflict with our recovery efforts without prior notice to us
• Understand that recovery timelines can range from weeks to months depending on case complexity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CryptoGuardian website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of CryptoGuardian and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any reports, analyses, or materials provided to you as part of our services are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or published without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoGuardian and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or investment returns
• Loss of data or digital assets
• Business interruption
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided on our website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CryptoGuardian in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoGuardian and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued service would pose a legal or reputational risk to CryptoGuardian.

You may terminate your engagement with us at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoGuardian is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

For international clients, we endeavour to comply with applicable local regulations. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that using our services complies with the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
